- Charge the scale using the included USB-C cable.
- Download the Fitdays+ app and create your profile. Enter your height, age, gender, and target weight.
- Enable Bluetooth and location permissions on your device.
- Step onto the scale to power it on. The app will detect and pair automatically.
TAKING A MEASUREMENT
For best results, weigh yourself once or twice weekly at the same time, ideally first thing in the morning before eating or drinking. We recommend measuring without clothing for optimal accuracy.
- Step barefoot onto the scale.
- Pull out the handle and hold it with thumbs on the thumb electrodes, remaining fingers gripping the side electrode pads.
- Extend your arms forward at a 30 to 45 degree angle. Keep your arms away from your body and remain still.
- Wait until the measurement completes. Your data will appear on the display and sync automatically to the app.
Note: Wearing socks will measure weight and BMI only. For complete body composition data, step on barefoot.
