Tape should be applied directly to clean, dry, intact skin at least one hour prior to activity or sweating to create a skin barrier for any area that has tendencies to form hot spots, blisters, chafing, or irritation. Slightly peel the paper backing from the perforation in the center of the strip and place the blister prevention tape on the targeted area. Continue to peel off both sides of backing paper until the strip is fully applied to skin. For best adhesion, avoid touching the adhesive with fingertips.
Discontinue use if skin becomes irritated or sore. Instructions provided are for educational use only.
