- Place the application sock on the foot
- Pull the support over the application sock and position the silicone cushions on either side of the ankle joint
- Remove the application sock
- Smooth out any creases
Wash and care:
- Remove silicone cushions before washing
- Hand wash in cold water only
- Do not use fabric softener
- Dry flat or air dry away from direct heat
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or iron
- Keep out of reach of children
