Power on the device by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds. The device is on when the Hyperice logo lights up Red.

Once the device is on, simply press the temperature icon button to cycle between heat levels 1-3.

If vibration is desired, press the vibration icon button to cycle between three vibration modes.

The device will automatically start when the temperature or vibration button is pushed.

You can disable either the Heat or Vibration by cycling through the settings until the respective LED turns off or you can hold the respective button for 1 second.

The device can be powered off at any time by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds.

Please do not use the Venom, or any vibration device, without first obtaining approval from your doctor if any of the following apply:

Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pace-makers, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUDs, or plates or any concerns about your physical health. Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any vibration device.

These indications do not mean that you are not able to use a vibration or exercise device but we do advise you to consult a doctor first.

Ongoing research is being done on the effects of vibration exercise on specific medical disorders. This will likely result in the shortening of the list of indications as shown above.

The product is designed to be worn over an article of clothing and not against direct skin. If you decide to use the product against direct skin, we recommend only using Heat Level 1 and nothing higher.

Turn off immediately and remove the product from your body at the first indication of any discomfort

Do not operate continuously for more than one hour. After one hour of use, allow the unit to rest for 30 minutes before re-using.
