Using the product:
Power on the device by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds. The device is on when the Hyperice logo lights up Red.
Once the device is on, simply press the temperature icon button to cycle between level 1-3 heat. If vibration is desired, then press the vibration icon button to cycle between the three modes of vibration. The device will automatically start when the Venom Go Pod is connected to the dock on the adhesive pad. Settings can be adjusted at any time.
You can disable either the Heat or Vibration by cycling through the settings until the respective LED turns off. Or you can hold the respective button for 1 second.
The device can be powered off at any time by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds or by removing the Venom Go Pod from the adhesive pad.
Applying the Pad:
The adhesive pad is meant to be applied directly to the skin. Wipe the area clean of any sweat, oil, lotion, or debris before applying the pad. Not doing so could lead to the pad not sticking properly. Remove the black liner from the adhesive side once ready for use.
After use, remove the pad and allow the adhesive side to dry face up for ~5 minutes before re-applying the black liner to preserve the adhesive.
Please do not use the Venom, or any vibration device, without first obtaining approval from your doctor if any of the following apply:
Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pace-makers, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUDs, or plates or any concerns about your physical health. Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any vibration device.
These indications do not mean that you are not able to use a vibration or exercise device but we do advise you to consult a doctor first.
Ongoing research is being done on the effects of vibration exercise on specific medical disorders. This will likely result in the shortening of the list of indications as shown above.
Turn off immediately and remove the product from your body at the first indication of any discomfort.
Do not operate continuously for more than one hour. After one hour of use, allow the unit to rest for 30 minutes before re-using.
